Policies & Participant Acknowledgment

By registering my child for a Sky Scholars Homeschool Learning Group & Noble Seed, I understand and agree to the following:

1. Membership Requirement:
   All participants must have an active Sky Zone Membership or Day Pass for the day of attendance, purchased directly through Sky Zone Temecula.

2. Refund Policy:
   Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the start of class for a refund or credit. No refunds or credits will be issued within 72 hours of the class or for missed sessions.

3. Supervision & Safety:
   Sky Scholars provides classroom supervision during program hours only. Parents are responsible for drop-off and pick-up, and for children before and after class.

4. Liability & Risk:
   I acknowledge that physical activity and movement are part of the Sky Scholars experience. I accept that participation involves inherent risks and agree not to hold Sky Scholars Homeschool Learning Group, Noble Seed, its staff, vendors, or Sky Zone Temecula liable for injury.

5. Emergency Care:
   In case of emergency, I authorize Sky Scholars & Noble Seed staff to seek appropriate medical assistance if I cannot be reached.

6. Conduct:
   Respectful behavior is expected of all participants. Sky Scholars & Noble Seed reserves the right to remove any student whose actions disrupt safety or learning, without refund.

7. Media Permission (Optional):
   I grant permission for my child’s photo or classwork to be used in Sky Scholars promotional materials. (You may decline this permission by notifying staff in writing.)
